Fu Sheng Ruo Meng - "Floating life is like a dream"
This is a Pre Ching Ming, or very early spring, green tea which is full of small silver spiralling buds, mixed with darker green tender leaves to produce a beautiful fragrant cup.
The aroma of the dry leaf is fresh, floral and a little malty. The resulting cup is sweet to taste, very clean and crisp, with fruit and floral notes, a beautifully gentle tea that lingers on the lips.

HOW TO SERVE
Allow your water to cool to 75-80 degrees. Use 3g of Bi Luo Chun per 150ml. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Several infusion will deliver ever changing flavours.
